About Rehan
Rehan Razzaq FCCA is the founder and lead accountant at RR Landlord Accountants, looking after the accounts and tax of landlords, property investors and property companies across England and Wales.
Rehan set up his own practice in 2021 with a simple belief: that good accounting should be honest, straightforward and genuinely useful, not wrapped in jargon or padded with fees you didn’t see coming.
RR Landlord Accountants applies that belief to property. Finance costs, joint ownership, Capital Gains Tax and Making Tax Digital give landlords enough jargon already, so the job is to explain what applies to you in plain English.
Setting up his own practice was also a personal decision. As a father of two, Rehan wanted to build something that worked around family life, not against it. That same grounded, people-first approach carries into everything he does for his clients.
