We act for landlords and property investors wherever they are in England and Wales. Most clients never need to visit us.
Who we act for
We act for landlords who live and pay tax in England and Wales, whether they own one buy-to-let or a portfolio held through a company. Where your properties are does not matter to how we work.
We do not act for Scottish taxpayers, who pay Scottish income tax rates on rental profit.
How we work remotely
Most of our work is done through cloud accounting software, secure document upload, phone and video. You send records when it suits you, we prepare the figures, and we go through them with you on a call before anything is filed.
Most landlords we act for need landlord tax returns or Making Tax Digital support.

What we do not do
We do not have offices outside Blackburn, and we do not publish separate pages for towns where we have nothing specific to say.
