How much does a landlord accountant cost?
Short answer
A landlord accountant’s fee depends on four things: how many properties you let, how you own them (personally, jointly or through a company), whether you are in Making Tax Digital, and how organised your records are. We do not publish a price list. After a short conversation we confirm a fixed annual fee in writing, before any work starts.
Quoted separately
Some work is one-off rather than yearly, so we quote it on its own: Capital Gains Tax when you sell, portfolio and incorporation planning, HMRC enquiries and returns for earlier years. HMO landlords fit the Portfolio package, priced for the extra rooms and bills.

Questions about fees
How much does a landlord accountant cost?
A landlord accountant’s fee depends on four things: how many properties you let, how you own them (personally, jointly or through a company), whether you are in Making Tax Digital, and how organised your records are. We do not publish a price list. After a short conversation we confirm a fixed annual fee in writing, before any work starts.
Why do you not publish prices?
Two landlords with the same number of properties can need very different amounts of work, depending on ownership, Making Tax Digital and the state of their records. A fixed quote based on your situation is more accurate than a price list.
What is not covered by the annual fee?
One-off work is quoted on its own: Capital Gains Tax when you sell, portfolio and incorporation planning, HMRC enquiries and returns for earlier years.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free, with no obligation to go ahead.
